ATMOSFAR Launch Delayed – Now Taking Off in a Few Months’ Time

Tokyo, Japan – May 13th, 2026 – Shueisha Games and Apog Labs today confirmed that sci-fi survival adventure ATMOSFAR will now launch in Early Access on Steam and Epic Games Store in a few months’ time.

“Despite our best efforts to reach the original May 20th launch date, we’ve sadly had to make the decision to take additional time to ensure that your first flight across Tycos is as smooth and free of turbulence as possible,” said Olof Kindblad, Head of Studio at Apog Labs. 

“During production, ATMOSFAR’s ambition, scope and creative direction has grown a lot. Our vision has always remained the same, but development detours required to create a really great game can sometimes take more time than expected. We can clearly see the positive impact that this extra development time will have on polish and refinement, and we can’t wait for you to experience ATMOSFAR in a few months.”
