Today NIS America announced the release date for "The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV". It will be coming to Playstation 4 in Fall 2020, and 2021 for Nintendo Switch and PC! If I'm not mistaken, this sounds like it will be the final game, at least for the "Trails of Cold Steel" saga.

"The heroes of Class VII find themselves against the full force of the Empire in an attempt to stop its path of total domination. Further, the hero of the Erebonian Civil War and Class VII's instructor, Rean Schwarzer, has gone missing. Now, the students of Class VII, old and new, must unite with heroes from all over the continent to create the only chance the world has to be spared from total destruction."
They have two different pre-order special editions available at the moment: the "Frontline Edition" and the "Limited Edition". I can't tell you how much the Frontline Edition will cost because as of writing this is it currently not listed for sale: As you can see by the following, the Nintendo Switch does not come with a physical disc for the soundtrack:
